In no event shall Winlock or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in your jurisdiction.
